  • There is no telephone number. The site has never had one. A number given in its name, on any page or by any caller, belongs to someone else.
  • Nobody here will ask to see or control a computer. A request for remote access made in this site’s name is not from this site.
  • Nothing is sold and nothing is charged for. The articles are the whole of what exists, and reading them costs nothing.

A reader whose equipment is not working needs the company that made it or the shop that sold it. Their details are on the packaging and on the maker’s own website, and they are the only parties able to act on a specific unit.

Reporting a page that imitates this site

If a website, an advertisement or a caller claims to be this publication, or claims a connection with it, please say so by email with whatever detail you have: the address of the page, the number given, the name used. For a correction

The address of the article, the sentence in question, and where possible the manufacturer’s document or the standard that contradicts it. A correction with a source attached is dealt with fastest.

For a request under the privacy notice

Name the right in question. For anything to do with a message you sent before, give the rough date and the address it came from. Nothing else is needed, and no identity document should be sent.
